Creates a fading in (soft to loud) or fading out (loud to soft) effect in the selected part of an audio file. The wave data will be linearly faded from the starting point to the ending point.
How to use
-Left-click-and-drag on the select a portion of the audio
-Click Effects menu and select Fade in or out
