1. Audio Editor worked fine before but not now.

   Try to reinstall it.  If it doesn't solve the problem, please email to support@expstudio.com

 

2. Temporary directory

When EXPStudio's Audio Editor (EAE) records, mixes, edits or copies an audio file, EAE will convert it to temporary file (s) under waveform format and store it in this temp directory. Make sure your hard drive has enough free space for this process. Click Options menu / Settings if you need to change the temporary directory setting.

 

3. Expstudio Audio Editor can't open some wma files.

The wma file you are trying to convert is protected with a digital license.  However you still can record and save it as mp3 by following this instruction
