Use this function to raise the volume of a selection so that the highest sample level reaches a user defined level.
Normalization: Varies from 0 to 100. The percentage of maximum to which you want to normalize. For example, choose 50% to compute values needed to amplify the selection no more than 50% of maximum.
DC Bias Adjust: Can be Selected (leveling) or Unselected (not leveling). By default is selected.
How to use
-Left-click-and-drag on the select a portion of the audio
-Click Effects menu and select Normalize
