Decreases or increases the rate of the selected part of an audio file.
Rate
The percent of increase/decrease. Varies from 50 to 150. If Rate = 100 rate is not changed. If Rate < 100 rate is decreased, otherwise rate is increased.
How to use
-Left-click-and-drag on the select a portion of the audio
-Click Effects menu and select Tempo
Tip: Fastens of reduces the existing rate of the melody.
